Alex Wolf is Head of Strength and Conditioning at the English Institute of Sport, where Team Great Britain has had the most successful home Olympic Games ever in London 2012 and then the best follow-up performance ever at Rio de Janeiro in 2016. Alex has worked extensively in Rowing but his current remit spans over 70 coaches across more than two dozen sports.
